Looking for a job as advisor? Well, you may enjoy becoming an assistance officer. We are now looking for French-Dutch (and more) speaking officers.
Especially skilled in listening to others! With the ability to analyse distress situations and to respond with great common sense.
More specifically, you answer the phone for people in difficulty. Furthermore, you reassure them and organize the necessary solutions (repair, towing, taxi, etc.) home or abroad.
Experience in a callcenter is not mandatory.
